Job Description: Main Duties & Responsibilities:
High level account management including regular contact with all existing clients to oversee accounts, attending major project kick off and post mortem meetings and keeping in regular contact with all Our client Account Managers and Account Management Team Leads.

Meeting with clients periodically with a view to review the existing business relationship, proactively identify client needs going forward, and develop and evaluate additional sales opportunities with their organisations.

Weekly forecasting of new projects and prospective projects to facilitate resource planning for other managers.

Work closely with the Language and Off-shore Services Manager assessing Our client’s language and technical partners and vendors in order to ensure that clients’ existing and upcoming needs are met.

Evaluate suitable conferences and seminars to either attend or present at on behalf of Our client.

Keeping up to date with changes and developments – both technical and business-related – within the industry through regular networking and reading of industry publications.

Reviewing and updating company marketing materials on a regular basis as requested.

Participating in and contributing to advertising and public relations activities.

Client education on internationalisation and localisation issues through seminars and workshops
Preferred Skills: Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Extensive knowledge of the localisation industry
A strong business acumen with a proven track record within sales
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and develop business relationships
Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks Competitive drive and determination
Technical background advantageous but not essential
