Job Description:

• Oversee daily operations linked to localization

• Train and coach team members, conduct performance review

• Provide input and feedback for continuous improvement of processes, services, and client relationships.

• Briefing and debriefing on each project with the team

• Ensuring the most effective use of our Tools Software on assigned projects

• Project analysis and preparation of quotes and purchase orders

• Coordination with internal team to ensure most effective allocation of resources.

• Maintenance of individual project budgets

• Linguistic tasks as proofreading, translation and coordination

• Ability to work effectively and decisively under pressure

• Ability to handle multiple projects and multiple project types concurrently

• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks

• Ability to prepare and control a work schedule and deliver to budget

• Fluent written and verbal English skills required (in addition to German native language)

• Computer literate

• Experience with TRADOS and other translation tools.

• Knowledge of standard applications, specifically: MS Project, MS office, CAT software

• Experience in managing client accounts and relationships

• Customer service awareness and skills required

• Experience in managing employees is required.

• Knowledge of internationalization and globalization principles

• Ability to lead and motivate team members

• Ability to work independently and/or in a team

The Project Manager is with excellent and proven all-round skills. He must have a flexible can do attitude, be able to work under high-pressure conditions and lead by example.

He will implement best practices and initiates ongoing process improvements by defining and tracking quality metrics to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effective delivery of client projects.

He will also coordinate internal deliveries between all the relevant departments whilst providing the sole interface with the client, and assumes responsibility for project budget control and project financial reporting.

The role of Project Manager requires constant liaison between a variety of high-profile managers and developers in order to ensure the delivery of projects within a specified deadline and budget while seeking to apply the highest quality standards.

Confident customer relations and excellent communication skills are essential.
